摘 要:为了研究环境相对湿度对绝缘子泄漏电流最大值的影响,以XWP-70、XP-70和LXY-70 3种常用绝缘子为研究对象,在一个湿度可控的试验罐中采用一种可靠的试验方法,试验得到了4种盐密下这些绝缘子泄漏电流最大值随着相对湿度变化的关系;以此为基础,得出了不同相对湿度下绝缘子泄漏电流最大值与饱和受潮情况下绝缘子泄漏电流最大值之间的具体关系,并给出了利用低湿度下监测得到的绝缘子泄漏电流最大值估算饱和受潮情况下绝缘子泄漏电流最大值的表达式。The maximum leakage current of insulators is closely linked to environmental factors,especially to the relative humidity.In this paper,three kinds of conventional insulators named XWP-70,XP-70 and LXY-70 were taken as the research objects to investigate the effects of environmental relative humidity on the maximum leakage current of insulators.A great deal of experiments using a reliability test method were carried out in a humidity controlled test chamber to investigate the relationship between the maximum leakage current of the insulators and the relative humidity under four kinds of equivalent salt deposit density(ESDD),then the curve for describing the relationship between them was obtained and displayed in the article.Based on the results presented above,the relationship between the maximum leakage current of insulators under low relative humidity and that under the saturated moisture was gained,and also the expression using the maximum leakage current measured under low relative humidity to estimate the maximum leakage current under the saturated moisture was brought forward.
