摘  要:通过人工积污模拟自然条件,能在较短时间内获得大量不同各类绝缘子的积污数据,充分研究其积污特性,为线路设计、运行提供基础。为此,设计制造了人工积污循环试验装置。人工模拟了自然状况的各种因素(污秽量、风、雨、雾)对输电线路绝缘子积污量的影响。在分析华东地区气候特征的基础上确定了人工积污循环试验的试验条件,开展了华东地区常用绝缘子的人工积污循环试验,同时获得了绝缘子的长期积污特性。通过与自然积污绝缘子试验数据进行比较,证实了人工积污试验的等价性。In this paper,the artificial pollution cycle test equipment was established.Nature conditions(pollution quantity,wind,rain,fog) which influence the pollution degree of the transmission line insulators were simulated artificially.The test conditions of artificial pollution cycle testing were confirmed on the base of analyzing climatic characteristics in East China and the artificial pollution cycle testing were performed on the insulators which frequently are used in East China,meanwhile long term pollution accumulated characteristics of these insulators were obtained.By comparison with the test data from nature pollution accumulated on online insulators,the equivalence of artificial pollution cycle testing was demonstrated.
