摘　　要：目的探讨三七皂苷对毒蛇咬伤致全身炎症反应综合征的影响。方法将60例毒蛇咬伤病人按随机双盲的原则分为两组,治疗组(A组)30例采用常规治疗加用三七皂苷,对照组(B组)30例采用常规治疗。观察两组病人在治疗过程中心率、血压、血常规、体温等的变化,并进行比较。结果A组病人心率、血压、血常规、体温等在治疗过程中的变化均优于B组。结论三七皂苷对毒蛇咬伤病人的全身炎症反应综合征有拮抗作用,有利于蛇伤病人器官功能不全的预防与治疗。Objective To explore the effects of sanchinoside in patients with systemic inflammatory response syndrome for venomous snake bite. Methods 60 patients were divided into two group based on random and double-blind principle. The study （A） group was received conventional therapy and sanchinoside;the control （B） group was only received conventional therapy. The patients,heart rate,blood pressure,blood-R and temperature in two groups were recorded and compared. Results The change in treat process of heart rate, blood pressure, blood-R and temperature in A groups was better than which in B group. Conclusion Sanchinoside is inhibitor in patients with systemic inflammatory response syndrome for venomous snake bite. Sanchinoside is profit for patients multiple organ dysfunction syndrome for venomous snake bite.
