摘  要:目的探讨焦炉逸散物(COE)对焦炉工人血清丙二醛(MDA)和过氧化氢(H2O2)含量以及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活力的影响。方法选择焦炉作业工人152名为暴露组,非焦炉作业工人125名为对照组。采集清晨空腹静脉血并用试剂盒检测血清MDA、H2O2含量及SOD、GSH-PX活力。结果暴露组血清MDA、H2O2含量均高于对照组,SOD、GSH-PX活力均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);暴露组按工种分层后,炉顶工组血清MDA、H2O2含量均高于炉侧工组,SOD、GSH-PX活力均低于炉侧工组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论焦炉逸散物可引起作业工人膜脂质过氧化损伤,血清MDA、H2O2、SOD和GSH-PX可作为焦炉工人职业危害的健康监护指标。Objective To explore the serum levels of MDA and H2O2 and activities of SOD and GSH-PX in workers exposed to coke oven emission(COE).MethodsSerum levels of MDA and H2O2 and activities of SOD and GSH-PX of 152 coke oven workers and 125 controls were determined with the test kits.ResultsThe serum levels of MDA and H2O2 in the exposure group were higher than those in the control group.The serum activities of SOD and GSH-PX in the exposure group were lower than those in the control group.Exposed group was stratified according to job categories.The serum levels of MDA and H2O2 in the oven top workers were higher than those of the oven side workers.While the serum activities of SOD and GSH-PX in the oven top workers were lower than those of the oven side workers.All the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).ConclusionsCOE could result in lipid peroxidative damage of the exposed workers.Serum MDA,H2O2,SOD and GSH-PX might be used as the indicators in health surveillance of the occupational hazard of the coke oven workers.
