摘　　要：吉林省地处东北平原中部,黑土因含腐殖质而生产潜力较大。由于自然及人为因素的双重影响,近年来不断出现黑土资源地力下降、土壤质量退化等问题,已影响到社会经济发展和黑土资源潜力的发挥。加强吉林省土壤资源的保护和利用,有效防御土壤质量的进一步退化,对社会和谐发展具有重要意义。Jilin Province is located the Central of Songliao Plain in the Northeast,It is larger province of agricultural production,and greater potential for black soil resources.In recent years,Jilin Province is continously emerging soil erosion,soil pollution,soil quality degradation.The reasons of black soil quality degradation are natural factors and human factors.It is a great significance that we are scientific planning the limited black resources,defensing degradation of its quality,to achieve sustainable use of resources in black soil.
