连作葡萄对土壤中脲酶活性及养分含量的影响

摘　　要：对葡萄不同种植年限土壤中脲酶及速效氮、磷、钾含量进行研究分析。结果表明:随着种植年限的增长,葡萄根际土壤中脲酶活性增强,速效氮、磷含量增加,各养分比例变化不大,并未表现出养分亏缺或失调现象。Urease and available N,P,K contents in the soil of different grape-planting time were studied.The results indicated that with the increasing of grape planting years,the activity of urease and the contents of available N and P increased,and the nutrient proportion did not change significantly.The phenomena of nutrient deficiency and proportion disorder did not exist in the soil of grape replant.
