摘 要:采用热重分析与红外色谱分析(TGA-FTIR)相结合的方法,研究了NiO载氧体与高浓度CO与H_2S混合气的还原、硫化反应性。实验结果表明,随反应循环数增加,NiO载氧体的平衡态转化率基本不变,但反应速度减小。FTIR检测得气态产物主要由CO_2、COS、CS_2、SO_2组成,而且XPS、XRD分析结果显示硫化产物Ni_3S_2的质量分数随循环数增加而减小。SEM表明还原态NiO载氧体颗粒表面呈现烧结现象。Chemical looping combustion(CLC) is an indirect combustion technology with inherent separation of the greenhouse gas CO_2.The reactivity of NiO oxygen carrier reaction with highly concentration mixed gas of carbon monoxide and hydrogen sulfide has been investigated by means of thermogravimetric analyzer and Fourier Transform Infrared spectrum analyzer at 900℃.The experiment results indicates that the conversion ratio of NiO oxygen carrier is nearly same at equilibrium state as cycle number increases,however,the reaction speed decreases gradually.Furthermore,the gaseous production in exhaust are consisted of CO_2,COS,CS_2 and SO_2.With the increase of cyclic reduction number,the experimental result demonstrates that the content of Ni_3S_2 in the reduced NiO oxygen carrier decreases by utilizing XRD and XPS spectrums.Also,the SEM pictures of reduced NiO oxygen carrier shows that the surface of particle sinters gradually as cyclic reduction number increases.
