摘　　要：从生产实际出发,以企业局域网络的构架为基础,针对能源计量管理中存在的问题,运用检测仪表、自动控制、计算机程序设计等专业知识,自主研发了一套科学、合理的计量管理系统。文章主要从系统的结构、设计两个方面出发,通过大量的图标、文字叙述了系统的开发与应用,并对系统投入使用后存在的个别问题,进行了及时的整改,完善了系统的控制管理,成功解决了能源计量管理中存在的问题,为企业的发展决策提供重要的支持。From the production reality,the enterprise local area network architecture based on the energy measurement for the management of existing problems,the use of instrumentation,automatic control,computer programming and design expertise,independent research and development of a scientific and rational management system for measuring.This paper mainly from the system structure,design two pronged approach,through a large number of icons,the text describes the development and application of the system,and the system put into use after the existence of individual issues,conducted a timely rectification and reform,improve the system＇s control and management successfully solve the energy problems in measuring management for the development of enterprises provide an important decision-making support.
