摘　　要：根据电磁兼容(EMC)检测标准中对待测物使用工况的要求,介绍了一种配合R&S EMC测量系统的辅助装置:低噪声工况信息记录仪。对工况信息影响EMC测试结果的分析表明,有必要在EMC测试过程中进行工况监测和记录。介绍了工况信息记录仪的设计原理,设计成功的该装置引入极低的背景骚扰电平,完全满足测试标准对环境噪声的要求,可以应用在传导骚扰和骚扰功率测试。对工况信息记录仪在EMC测试中的应用进行详细分析,讨论了在R&S人工电源网络中整合进工况信息记录功能的必要性和可行性。According to the requirements of electromagnetic compatibility（EMC） standards for the operation condition of equipment under test,a novel auxiliary equipment,low noise recorder of the information of the operation condition of equipment cooperated with RS EMC measurement systems are introduced.It demonstrates from the analysis of the effects of the operation condition on measurement results that it is very necessary to monitor and record the operation condition. The design principle of this recorder is introduced.The background noise level generated by this instrument is lower enough that the measurement circumstance is satisfied the requirement of EMC standards.It can be utilized in the measurement of the conducted emission and the disturbed power.The application of the new instrument to EMC measurement is analyzed in detail.It is necessary and possible to embedding the function of recording the operation condition information in the artificial mains V-network.
