摘　　要：简述了生产中常用的差压式流量计的工作原理、安装方式以及带压开孔工艺,并结合现场计量问题出发,以煤气混配站高炉煤气、焦炉煤气管道上在线安装流量计为例,从工程概述、施工准备、施工流程和安全措施等多个方面进行了详细的阐述,介绍了载能工艺管线常用的带压开孔施工方法及安全注意事项。同时对安装更换后的流量计从能耗分析、不确定度2个方面着重介绍了插入式流量计在煤气测量中的优越性。The beginning of this article outlines the commonly used in the production of the working principle of differential pressure flowmeter,installation,and hot tap process,combined with on-site measurement questions,it mixed station, gas-blast furnace gas,coke oven gas pipe-line installation of flow meters,for example,from the project overview, construction preparation,construction processes and safety measures into the various aspects of lines described in detail, describes the energy carriers commonly used in process piping hot tap construction methods and safety precautions.At the same time after the installation of replacement of the meter from the energy analysis,focused on two aspects of uncertainty introduced into the gas flowmeter measurement of superiority.
