摘　　要：分析了农业科技查新的特点,提出了从以下几个方面提高农业科技查新工作质量的措施:①加强文献资源建设;②加强与用户的交流与沟通;③认真制定检索策略;④查新结论要做到客观、公正、准确;⑤不断提高查新工作人员的素质。This paper analyzes the characteristics of agricultural sci-tech novelty retrieval and puts forward the following mea- sures to improve the quality in agricultural sci-tech novelty retrieval： 1, strengthening the construction of literature resources; 2, strengthening the communication with users; 3, making the search strategies carefully; 4, the retrieval conclusion should be objective, fair and accurate; 5, improving the qualities of the novelty-retrieving staff continuously.
