摘　　要：高校图书馆存包柜的设置和利用,既方便读者寄存物品,又为读者提供了良好的借阅环境。然而,存包柜在使用中却普遍遇到了管理难题:读者占柜现象严重。文章试从博弈论的角度论述了占柜现象的产生,并提出了解决的措施,如对管理人员建立激励和监督机制,减少管理人员的制度执行成本,增加读者的占柜成本,选择合适的存包柜,加强对读者的公共道德宣传教育等。In college library, lockers are convenient to access goods for readers and provide fine environment to borrow and read books. During the course of using lockers, library usually encounters one serious problem that readers occupy lockers chronically. Based on game theory, this paper discusses the cause of occupying lockers phenomenon and suggests some mea- sures to solve it, such as establishing up incentive and supervision system, decreasing the cost of carrying out the system, in- creasing reader＇ s cost of occupying locker, choosing suitable cabinet, strengthening reader＇ s public moral propaganda and education.
