摘 要:研究旨在不同蛋白质水平日粮添加高剂量氧化锌对断奶仔猪血清前炎症细胞因子和肠道黏膜免疫的影响。将32头(21±2)d断奶DLY三元杂交仔猪,采用2×2因子试验设计,按体重相近原则,分为4个处理,每个处理4个重复,每个重复2头猪。各处理分别为低锌(100mg/kg)高蛋白质(23%))组、低锌(100mg/kg)低蛋白质(17%)组、高锌(3000mg/kg)高蛋白质(23%)组和高锌(3000mg/kg)低蛋白质(17%)组。结果表明:试验前期(0-14d),锌和蛋白质水平能显著或极显著影响血清IL-1β和IL-6浓度(P〈0.05或P〈0.01);试验后期(14~28d),各处理组血清IL-1β和IL-6浓度显著低于试验前期(P〈0.05);相同蛋白水平下高锌组血清IL-1β和IL-6浓度显著低于低锌组(P〈0.05);二者互作效应不显著(P〉0.05),但均以高锌低蛋白质组IL-1β和IL-6含量最低;锌和蛋白质水平能极显著增加空肠和回肠黏膜SIgA含量(P〈0.01),互作效应极显著(P〈0.01)。试验表明,不同蛋白质水平日粮添加高锌能够抑制前炎症细胞因子的分泌,促进肠道粘黏SIgA的分泌,增强仔猪的免疫力。A 2×2 multiple-factor experiment was conducted to study the interaction of different zinc and protein levels on serum pro-inflammatory cytokines and intestinal mucosa immunity in early weaned piglets.Thirty-two weaned DLY pigs with age o(f21±2)d were randomly assigned to four treatments according to gender and BW by 2×2.Each treatment had four replicates and each replicate has two piglets.Zn supplement amounts were 100 and 3 000 mg/kg,protein level were 23% and 17%.The four treatments were low zinc (100 mg/kg) and high protein(23%) group;low zinc (100 mg/kg) and low protein (17%)group;high zinc (3 000 mg/kg) and high protein group (23%);high zinc (3 000 mg/kg) and low protein group (17%).The results showed that Zinc and protein could degrade or increase serum interleukin -1β and interleukin-6 concentration (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01) In the pre-test (0-14 d).Serum interleukin-1β and interleukin-6 concentration in the post-test(14-28d) were lower than those of the pre-test(P〈0.05).In the same protein diets,the group with high level of zinc got lower serum interleukin-1β and interleukin-6 than the group with low level of zinc.Different level of protein diets supplementation with high dosage of zinc could increase the concentration of intestinal mucosa SIgA(P〈0.01),interaction was significant difference (P〈0.01).So,it was concluded that different level of protein diets supplementation with high dosage of zinc could degrade the secretion of pro-inflammatory cytokines and increase the concentration of intestinal mucosa SIgA,promoted the immunity of early weaned piglets.
