摘  要:针对河道整治方案的优选关系到流域的和谐发展,基于单位化约束条件的综合集成赋权法计算河道整治方案评估指标的权重,并将该方法应用于内蒙古自治区乌海市摩尔沟河道整治方案的优选。结果表明,与传统的主观赋权法与客观赋权法相比,综合集成赋权法能兼顾主客观赋权法的优点,结果更客观、合理,且原理科学、计算简单,有较高的应用价值与推广前景。Scheme optimization of river regulation plays an important role in harmonious development of the basin. Combining weights method based on normalized constraint is used to calculate the weight of evaluation indexes for river regulation scheme. This method is applied to optimize scheme of Moergou river regulation in Wuhai City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. The results show that comparison with the traditional subjective weight method and the objective weight method, combination weighting method has the advantages of two methods and the results are more reasonable and objective, which has scientific principle and implement easily. Thus, it has good application value and promotion prospect.
