河北省水泥行业节能减排现状及对策

摘　　要：作为水泥工业大省,河北省水泥行业节能减排工作任重而道远。对河北省水泥行业节能减排的现状进行了分析,并针对河北省的具体情况提出了一些可行的措施:坚持发展先进生产力和淘汰落后生产力相结合的原则,加快水泥工业结构调整的步伐;以循环经济理念为指导,深入开展资源节约综合利用工作;积极促进散装水泥发展;继续大力推进"双三十"行动。As an important cement producing province,Hebei province faces a difficult task of energy saving and pollution reduction,which needs a long time to perform.Through analyzing methods and strategy of energy saving and pollution reduction of cement industry,this thesis put forward some feasible counter measures：developing advanced productivity and eliminating outdated productivity so as to promote the structure adjustment of cement industry;guided with circular economy concept,enhancing resources saving and comprehensive utilization of resources;actively promoting the production of bulk cement;promoting ＂Double Thirty＂ action actively etc.
