摘　　要：介绍了HPDW—1临氢降凝催化剂在中国石油前郭石化分公司柴油加氢一降凝装置上的应用。该装置加热炉出口上限温度345℃，采用HPDW—1催化剂后，开工初期按-35^#柴油方案进行生产，加热炉出口温度为300℃，为装置长周期运转打下基础。工业应用表明，HPDW—1催化剂降凝活性和选择性高、稳定性好。Commercial application of HPDW-1 hydrodewaxing catalyst in a diesel fuel hydrodewaxing unit of Petro China Qianguo Petrochemical Company was reported. The unit, with designed upper limit temperature of 345℃ at the outlet of the heater, operated at outlet temperature of the heater of 300℃ in the initial period when using HPDW-1 catalyst to produce No. -35 diesel oil, which provided a good basis for long-term operation. The application results showed that HPDW-1 catalyst had high activity, good stability and selectivity.
