摘　　要：介绍2008年6月日本图书馆法最新修订的具体事项,尤其是其中关于图书馆服务、馆藏、职员资格和运营管理的最新变化。通过结合日本法律体系和相关社会背景,本文试总结出此次修订的特点,并讨论其对中国图书馆事业发展的借鉴意义。In the following paper, latest amendments of Library Law in Japan will be introduced, with particular focus on new acts and changes regarding library service, book storage, qualification of librarians and daily management. It tries to delineate some characteristics of these amendments according to the juristic system and social background of Japan, and explores to what extent it could shed light on the development of Chinese library industry.
