大包倾动机构的分析研究

摘　　要：阐述了大包倾动在连铸生产中的意义,对比分析了几种典型大包倾动机构的工作原理,介绍了湖南涟源炼钢厂倾动机构的技术参数及设计要点。现场应用情况表明,钢水收得率提高了0.2%~0.4%,经济效率可观。This paper describes the significance of ladle tilting in continuous casting process,compares the working principles of three typical ladle tilting devices,and introduces the technical parameters and design features of the tilting device in Lianyuan Steel Plant.The yield of molten steel with the use of the ladle tilting device was improved by 0.2%～0.4%.
