摘　　要：从液压动力学方面分析了板坯连铸机结晶器液压振动装置的振动特性,结合钢厂测试实际数据得出了结晶器液压振动装置的幅频曲线,提出在实际生产中对结晶器振动幅值参数的控制要点。This paper analyzes the amplitude characteristics of the hydraulic vibration device of slab caster mould from the perspective of hydraulic dynamics,presents the amplitude-frequency curve of the mould hydraulic vibration device based on the measured data,and proposes the control points for the amplitude parameters of mould vibration in practical production.
