腹膜透析病人体力活动状况的研究

摘　　要：目的了解腹膜透析病人体力活动状况及特点,为护理干预提供依据。方法采用国际体力活动短问卷(international physicala ctivity questionnaire-short vision,IPAQ-SV)测评116例腹膜透析病人的体力活动状况。结果在116例病人中,24例(20.7%)体力活动活跃,58例(50.0%)体力活动适中,34例(29.3%)体力活动不足。多元逐步Logistic回归分析发现年龄、是否为糖尿病、饮食能量摄入是体力活动不足的相关因素;其中年龄、糖尿病是体力活动不足的危险因素;饮食能量摄入高是体力活动不足的保护性因素。结论部分腹膜透析病人的体力活动不足,应鼓励病人尤其是老年、糖尿病病人适当增加体力活动,以促进其康复。Objective To investigate the status of physical activity for patients with peritoneal dialysis （PD）. Method One hundred and sixteen PD patients after initiation of dialysis for more than three months were recruited in this cross-sectional study. International physical activity questionnaire short form（IPAQ-SF）was used to assess these PD patients＇ physical activity. Result The proportion for mild physical activity was 29.3%; the proportion for moderate physical activity was 50.0%; and the proportion for high physical activity was 20.7%. Logistic regression analysis demonstrated that the independent factors upon mild physical activity were age, diabetes mellitus and diet energy intake. Conclusion The physical activity in some PD patients is not adequate. These patients especially older and diabetes mellitus patients should be encouraged to increase their physical activity in order to promote their rehabilitation.
