尿路清对临床耐药菌株Uu的药敏实验

摘  要:目的:探索中药复方对Uu感染的非淋菌性尿道炎(NGU)的作用机理,从多角度为中医药治疗本病提供理论依据。方法:63个Uu临床分离株采用肉汤稀释法判定临床耐红霉素和四环素(MIC≥16μg/ml,参照美国国家临床实验室标准委员会1995年标准);经三次传代成纯培养后接种于96孔板小孔中,药液倍比稀释成250mg/ml^0.48mg/ml,37℃培养,加药组以72h后仍不出现培养基由黄→红色变化的最小药物浓度为该药的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果:尿路清对63株Uu临床株MIC范围为0.48mg/ml^15.36mg/ml,MIC50≤1.95mg/ml,MIC90≤3.91mg/ml,Uu临床株对尿路清的敏感性比对四环素的敏感性高的多(X2=18.38,P<0.01),Uu临床株对尿路清的敏感性与对红霉素的敏感性之间无明显联系(X2=1.85,P<0.05)。结论:中药尿路清对63株耐药(四环素、红霉素)菌株Uu显示出了较强的体外抑菌作用,值得进一步研究。Objective: To study the antibacterial activity of Chinese medicinal herbs to U. Urealyticuml ( Uu), we examined the inhibitory effect of Niaoluqing ( Nlq, a kind of T. C. M oral liquid, including Radix Astragali, Seu Hedysari, Corter Kochiac and other herbs) to clinical resistant strains. Methods: Firstly, Sixty - three clinical strains of Uu were detected to determine their antibiotic susceptibilities by the metabolic inhibition test (MIT). Secondly, these strains were subcultured for 3 generations and then cultured with Nip with a series of concentrations from 250mg/ml to 0. 48mg/ml. MIC was determined when the color of culture medium did not change from yellow to red in 72h Chhure . Results: In 63 clinical strains of Uu, the range of MIC to NIq was from 0. 48mg/ ml to 15.36mg/ml, MIC50 ≤ 1.95mg/ml, MIC90 ≥ 3.91 mg/ml, 31 strains were resistant to tetracycline ( MIC ≥ 16μg/ml), Nlq was sensible to 11 of them. Conclusion: Clinical strains of Uu had a higher sensitivity to Nlq. Although not a large specimen' s study, we draw a conclusion that clinical strains of Uu had a higher sensitivity to Nlq than to tetracycline (Х^2 = 18. 38, P 〈0. 01 ), strains being resistant to erythromycin may not resistant to Nlq ( Х^2 = 1.24, P 〉 0. 05 ). Chinese medicinal herbs are of momentous signifi- cance in the treatment of Uu infection.
