孤立性肺内小结节病变的HRCT表现及评价

摘　　要：目的:探讨HRCT对肺内孤立性小结节病变的诊断及鉴别诊断。资料与方法:回顾性分析23例肺内孤立性小结节,研究其影像表现特征。结果:5例经手术病理证实为周围型肺癌,其余为结核结节7例,炎症性小结节11例。结论:判断孤立性肺内小结节病变性质,HRCT对其有较高的诊断价值。Objective To investigate the HRCT of small solitary pulmonary nodules in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis. Materials and Methods Retrospective analysis of 23 cases of solitary pulmonary nodules, to study the performance characteristics of imaging. Results 5 cases confirmed by surgery and pathology of peripheral lung cancer and the remaining 7 cases of tuberculous nodules, lobular inflammation in 11 cases. Conclusion Solitary pulmonary findings to determine the nature of small nodules, HRCT does have a high diagnostic value.
