摘　　要：目的:促进静脉药物配置中心(PIVAS)科学、有效地运行。方法:结合我院实际情况,探讨PIVAS建立的概况、运行效果等。结果:静脉药物配置中心运行2年多来,建立起规范的工作、管理制度,在促进临床合理用药、降低医疗成本、减少药品浪费以及职业暴露防护等方面取得显著成效。结论:静脉药物配置中心在提高医院医疗质量、降低医疗成本等方面具有积极的意义和作用,应深入探讨并总结其经验,进一步发挥其优势。OBJECTIVE： To promote the operation of PIVAS in a scientific and efficient way. METHODS： The establishment and effect of PIVAS were explored according to actual situation of our hospital. RESULTS ： PIVAS contributed to the establishment of standardized management system to promote rational medication and occupational protection, reduce costs of treatment and the waste of drugs. CONCLUSIONS： PIVAS plays a significant role in improving quality of health care and reducing costs of treatment. It＇ s essential to summarize experience of PIVAS to develop its advantages further more.
