前列康泰方对慢性非细菌性前列腺炎前列腺组织中TNF-α、IL-1β的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨前列康泰方治疗慢性前列腺炎的作用机制。方法大鼠前列腺侧叶注入25%消痔灵注射液0.2ml,建立慢性非细菌性前列腺炎(CNBP)病理模型,经前列康泰方治疗35d后,观察大鼠前列腺组织病理学改变,并测定前列腺组织中细胞因子TNF-α、IL-1 β的含量。结果前列康泰方能改善CNBP大鼠前列腺组织病理学改变;可降低前列腺组织中细胞因子TNF-α、IL-1 β的含量。结论前列康泰方对CNBP有明显的治疗作用,其作用机制可能与降低前列腺组织中细胞因子TNF-α、IL-1β水平有关。Objective To research the effect and mechanism of qian lie kang tai formula. Methods 25% xiao zhi ling 0.2 ml was injected the side of rat prostate to establish the chronic non-bacterial prostatitis animal model. After the treatment of qian lie kang tai formula for 35 days, the pathological changes in the rat prostate tissue was observed and the levels of rat prostate tissue TNF- α and IL-1 β were detected. Resuluts The pathological changes of prostate tissue were improved by qian lie kang tai formula, and the levels of rat prostate tissue TNF- α and IL-1 β were reduced. Conclusion There is obvious therapeutic effect for chronic non-bacterial prostatitis by qian lie kang tai formula. Reducing the level of cytokines TNF-α and IL-1β may be the mechanism of qian lie kang tai formula.
