中国西部农村家庭的儿童人力资本投资行为分析

摘　　要：家庭对儿童人力资本投资水平影响儿童未来的人力资本质量。受经济能力、效用偏好、文化水平及社会环境等变量影响,西部农村家庭对儿童的人力资本投资水平与其他地区相比存在差距。只有家庭、政府及社会的多维协作,才能逐步改善西部农村家庭对儿童人力资本投资行为,提升西部农村家庭对儿童的人力资本投资质量。The parental investment in children’s human capital has the significant function in improving the quality of the children’s human capital in the future.Comparing with the other regions of China,there is an obvious gap between the ability of the parental investment in children’s human capital in western rural region.The factors of the parental economic ability,the level of parent education,the parental utility tendency,the level of the public finance investment to western rural regions and so on influence the decision making of behavior of the investment in children’s human capital of the families in western rural China.The paper suggests that the cooperative effects from the government,society and families are needed in order to perfect the family’s investment behavior and strengthen the ability of the investment in children’s human capital in western rural China.
