摘  要:目的:检测先天性肠闭锁近端肠壁组织中成纤维细胞生长因子10(FGF10)和骨形成蛋白4(BMP4)的表达并探讨其临床意义。方法:选择20例先天性肠闭锁组织标本,分别于闭锁处、闭锁近端5和10 cm处取材,另取10例正常肠管组织标本作对照,分别采用免疫组织化学方法检测FGF10和BMP4蛋白的表达情况。结果:正常肠管组织和肠闭锁处组织FGF10蛋白表达量分别为(148.32±1.90)和(123.41±2.59),差异有统计学意义(t=37.198,P=0.011);BMP4蛋白表达量分别为(206.40±3.22)和(138.57±2.81),差异有统计学意义(t=50.167,P<0.001)。肠闭锁处组织FGF10蛋白表达量与闭锁近端5和10 cm处组织的表达量(139.98±2.74)和(157.51±2.76)比较,差异有统计学意义(F=404.880,P<0.001);肠闭锁处组织BMP4蛋白表达量与闭锁近端5和10 cm处组织的表达量(171.01±2.84)和(204.48±2.18)比较,差异有统计学意义(F=1 597.122,P<0.001)。结论:FGF10和BMP4表达减少可能是先天性肠闭锁形成的原因之一,外科手术尽量切除10 cm以上的闭锁近端肠管。Aim : To investigate the expression of fibroblast growth factor 10 (FGF10) and bone morphogenetic protein 4 (BMP4) in intestinal atresia (IA) proximal tissue and discuss the clinical meaning. Methods:A total of 20 cases of IA tissue and 10 cases of normal intestine tissue were collected. The protein expressions of FGF10 and BMP4 of normal intes- tine tissue, IA proximal tissue, and tissues 5 or 10 cm away from IA proximal were detected by immunohistochemistry method. Results:The protein expression of FGF10 of normal intestine tissue and IA proximal tissue was ( 148.32 ± 1.90) and ( 123.41 ± 2.59) ( t = 37. 198, P = 0.011 ). The protein expression of BMP4 of normal intestine tissue and IA proxi- mal tissue was (206.40 _± 3.22) and ( 138.57 ± 2.81 ) ( t = 50. 167, P 〈 O. 001 ). There was significant difference in the protein expression of FGF10 among IA proximal tissue, tissue 5 cm away from IA proximal ( 139.98 ± 2.74) , and tissue 10 cm away from IA proximal ( 157.51 ± 2.76) ( F = 404. 880, P 〈 0. 001 ). There was significant difference in the protein expression of BMP4 among IA proximal tissue, tissue 5 cm away from IA proximal ( 171.01 ±2.84) , and tissue 10 cm a- way from IA proximal (204.48 ±2.18) (F = I 597. 122, P 〈0. 001 ). Conclusion.. The lack of FGFI0 and BMP4 may contribute to IA. Furthermore, the abnormal intestine should be resected as far as possible, such as 10 cm far away from IA proximal.
