摘　　要：目的评价氯苯吡胺治疗接触性皮炎的疗效。方法接触性皮炎患者78例,采用口服氯苯吡胺联合999皮炎平外用治疗,疗程1周。治疗第1、3、7天后随访并评价疗效,同时记录下不良反应。结果78例患者治疗1周后,症状和体征均有明显改善。结论采用口服氯苯吡胺联合999皮炎平外用治疗接触性皮炎疗效显著,无不良反应的风险,无使用时间的限制,值得临床应用。Objective To evaluate chlorpheniramine treatment of contact dermatitis. Methods 78 cases of contact dermatitis in patients using oral chlorpheniramine combined 999 Pi Yan Ping topical treatment and treatment for 1 week. 1, 3, 7 days of treatment, follow-up and evaluation of efficacy, while a record of adverse reactions. Results 78 patients treated 1 week later, signs and symptoms showed significant improvement. Conclusion Oral chlorpheniramine combined 999 Pi Yan Ping topical treatment of contact dermatitis significantly without the risks of adverse reactions, without the use of time constraints, it is worth clinical application.
