摘　　要：本文对血小板生成素的研究历史、基因组结构、分子特征、检测方法进行了综述，分析了血小板生成素在动物模型和人的Ⅰ期应用的效果，预测了临床应用前景。This artical attempts to review the research history genomic structure molecular characters and bioactivity assays of thrombopoietin(TPO).The therapeutical effects of TPO on the animal models and patients in I phase are discussed.And the clinical application are predicted.
