摘　　要：本文从民办高校的具体情况进行分析,在对网络教学资源的范畴进行界定的基础上,详细分析了网络教学资源建设过程中的各种细节,为民办高校网络教学资源建设提供了理论参考。From the specific circumstances of the private colleges and universities, on the base of define the teaching resources, this paper analyzed the building process of teaching resources to provide a theoretical reference for the construction of network teching resources.
