摘　　要：本文采用多种检测方法，对临床上怀疑是鼠痘病毒感染的小鼠进行诊断。结果表明：病理组织学检查与免疫组织化学技术的应用，将形态学观察与特异性抗原诊断结合起来。It was reported that different testing methods were used for the diagnosis of sick mice which were suspected to be infected with Ectromelia virus. The results showed that the application of histopathological examination and immunohistochemical technique can combine morphological observation with detection of specific antigen, and is a very effective procedure for early, rapid and accurate diagnosis to the infection of Ectromelia virus.
