摘 要:目的:低功率He—Ne激光照射引起细胞膜电位的改变,为激光照射治疗提供理论依据。方法:不同能量密度的He—Ne激光照射离体小鼠巨噬细胞,用图像分析系统检测Cyanine荧光染色的巨噬细胞膜电位的变化。结果:用光剂量1.239—2.478J/cm2)的He—Ne激光照射巨噬细胞,与对照组相比,照射组细胞面积增大,细胞膜电位荧光强度显著增强。照射20min,强度为150.67±49.25(任意单位),对照组为107.00±33.49。结论:适当强度的He—Ne激光照射,可使巨噬细胞超极化,细胞激活,功能增强。Objective:A changs of the cellular membrane potential was induced by the low power laser irradiation. In order to offer in accordance with a theory is provided by the laser irradiated therapy. Methods:The mice macrophagus were irradiated with different intensity He_Ne laser in vitro. The change of the cellular membrane potential on the macrophage was detected by cyanine stained with image analysis system. Results:In comparison with the control, with the He_Ne laser of the light dose of 1.239-2.478 J/cm 2 were irradiated the macrophagus which areas increased and the fluorescent density heightened significantly in the irradiation groups. After the laser irradiation 20 min, the laser intensity was 150.67±49.25(arbitrary unit) and the control was 107.00±33.49. Conclusion: The hyperpolarization of the macrophagus was induced by the proper intensity of the He-Ne laser irradiation, which was activated the cells and function strengthened.
