摘  要:本试验采用He—Ne和N2激光辐照“汉原小麦”等四个材料的干种子,采用随机区组设计,重复三次,利用生物统计学和数量遗传学的方法,从个体水平上对激光——核辐射小麦L2代抽穗期等19个性状的相关遗传力分析表明:利用株高间接选择结实小穗数、旗叶长、小穗密度和有效分蘖数,利用旗叶长间接选择穗粒数、穗长和单株生物产量,利用抽穗期间接选择小穗粒数和粒长,利用穗长间接选择籽粒蛋白质含量,利用单株籽粒数间接选择每穗小穗数。Dry seeds of wheat cultivars 'Mianyan 21' and 'Hanyuan' and their γ 1 offsprings were exposed to HeNe laser and N 2 laser at two dosage levels separately. A randomized complete block design of three replications was adopted in two generations. Correlative heritabilities of 19 charctors were analysed with biostatistical and quantitative genetic methods. Indirect selection of some characters proved better than direct selection. These characters were flag leaf length, filled spipelet number, spikelet density and effective tillers which were selected indirectly through plant height; ear length, biomass/plant, grain number/plant through flag leaf length.
