摘　　要：目的观察医用生物蛋白胶对骨盆骨折手术术后引流量的影响。方法对同期骨盆骨折手术46例进行术后24h引流量及引流总量进行观察比较。结果使用医用生物蛋白胶的实验组术后24h引流量及引流总量明显少于观察组（P〈0．005）。结论医用生物蛋白胶可有效减少骨盆手术的术后24h引流量及引流总量，促进术后恢复。objective： To observe the affect of the drainage quantity after using the fibrin tissue adhesive glue in the pelvis fracture operation.Method： observe and compare the 24h drainage quantity and the drainage total quantity after the 46 pelvis fracture operations at the same time,results： the 24h drainage quantity and the drainage total quantity of the experimental group is obviously less than the observation group After uses the fibrin tissue adhesive glue （P〈 0.005） . Conclusion： the fibrin tissue adhesive glue can reduce the technique the 24h drainage quantity and the drainage total quantity, and promote the tissue restore After the pelvis operation effectively.
