摘　　要：目的:观察苦甘方治疗异常血液质型湿疹的疗效。方法:111例患者随机分为两组,治疗组83例,外搽苦甘方水煎剂;对照组28例,外搽儿肤康搽剂。用药15天后比较疗效。结果:治疗组的显效率和总有效率均明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:维医验方苦甘方治疗湿疹疗效显著,安全可靠,尤其对异常血液质型湿疹疗效更佳,特别适合婴幼儿使用。Objective： To investigate the effect of KuGanFang on eczema. Methods： 11 I patients with eczema were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group with83 patients were treated with KuGanFang liniment and the control group with 28 patients were treated with ErFuKang liniment. Results： The significantly effective rate and total cure rate in experimental group were higher than that in control （P 〈0.01 ） . Conelusion： KuGanFang was effective in eczema with safe, especially in patients with Abnormal Blood eczema and was a good choice for the children.
