摘  要:以聚氨酯为黏合剂,TiO2为功能粒子,采用涂层方法制备高性能的隔热涂层织物。讨论了TiO2用量、搅拌时间、转速、涂层厚度、焙烘温度和焙烘时间对涂层织物隔热性能和机械性能的影响。结果表明,涂层后织物的隔热性能和断裂强力显著提高,撕破强力下降。在TiO2用量18.0%,以1 500 r/min搅拌分散60 min,涂层厚度0.1 mm,140℃焙烘3 min的工艺条件下,涂层织物的隔热性能和机械性能均较好。With titanium dioxide as functional particles and polyurethane as adhesive, the high performance thermal insulation coatings were prepared by coating finish. The influences of dosage of titanium dioxide, stirring time, rotating speed, coating thickness, curing temperature and curing time on thermal insulation and mechanical properties of coatings were analyzed and discussed. The results showed that thermal insulation and breaking strength of fabric was increased remarkably, and tearing strength of fabric was declined after being coated. The thermal insulation and mechanical properties of coatings were better under the process conditions of titanium dioxide 18.0 %, stir dispersing at 1 500 r/min for 60 minutes, coating thickness 0. 1mm, curing at 140 ℃ for 3 minutes.
