摘　　要：色差和条花是涤棉织物染色过程中易出现的疵病,分析了棉花品质和纺织工艺对染色成品质量的影响,详细介绍了在生产浅蓝、深蓝、艳蓝、绿色、深紫色和紫色及砖红色等品种时,染料和助剂的选择,生产工艺的制定,并提出了有效的预防措施。Aiming at the color difference and streaky defects occurred in polyester/cotton fabric dyeing process, effects of the original cotton quality and weaving techniques on dyeing products were analyzed. Regarding to the blue （ light, deep and brilliant shade）, green, violet and brick red tones, the principles of selection of dyes and auxiliaries, optimization of process condi- tions, as welt as prevention methods were pointed out respectively.
