摘　　要：我国已有几家银行开展了无形资产质押贷款业务,并有不少成功实施的案例.但制约银行和企业间大规模开展此种业务的关键问题就是企业拟质押无形资产的估值问题,提出了具有可行性的基于模糊数学的质押无形资产估值方法.The hypothecation credit for intangible assets has been taken by several banks in China,and many cases have been achieved successfully.The key problem,which restricted hypothecation credit for intangible assets to carry out large-scale between banks and corporations,was how to evaluate the value of intangible assets.The paper proposed the feasible evaluation method about hypothecation for intangible assets based on fuzzy mathematics.
