摘　　要：继承儒家传统思想的杨时乔坚持"以道事君"的君臣观;倡导"经世致用"思想,并把这一思想付诸政治实践;为维护明王朝的统治,建议实行宽民之政的民本思想;整顿吏治,推行"以择任贤俊为本"的人才观。In succession to the Confucian tradition,Yang Shiqiao had always stuck to assisting the monarch with moral,advocated the thinking of statecraft linking theory with practice,which he put into his political practice,and maintained the rule of the Ming Dynasty he recommended to implement a tolerant policy to the people,which was called the ideology of relying on the people.He rectified official management by the maintenance of appointing people on their merits.
