晚清与民国时期政治生态对企业经营的影响——以萍乡煤业为中心

摘　　要：政治生态对企业经营无疑产生深刻的影响。在复杂多变的政治环境下,近代萍乡煤矿依靠行政垄断手段进行经营的战略模式,成为导致其衰亡的主要原因。相反,成长于自由资本自由竞争机制中的萍乡小煤窑业,即使在被政府与萍乡煤矿持续"清剿"、"整顿"的大环境下,仍得以不断发展。近代萍乡小煤窑的整体产量远超萍乡煤矿,它是近代萍乡煤业的真实霸主。政治生态越是变化无常,资本运作及资本效益因素对资本经营的决定性作用则越大。The Political environment has undoubtedly an impact on economic activities.The government monopoly business strategy was the main cause of the fall of Pingxiang colliery finally under the complex political environment.In contrast,the Pingxiang small collieries were growing in the free competition mechanism,and developing continually even if it was removed or stopped.Pingxiang small collieries were far beyond Pingxiang colliery in output they had the hegemony factually in Pingxiang coal industry in modern times.The capital operation and capital gain play a crucial role in the market more than political environment chop and change.
