摘　　要：民国初年,上海《时报》锐意改革创新,增加新闻分量,推出北京通信,迅速成为当时最著名的报纸之一。黄远生因其政界身份、广泛的政治交游、敏锐的时局观察和判断能力、过人的文字组织和表达素质等,短短的时间内在《时报》发表了大量通信。《时报》为黄远生提供了一个良好的施展才华的平台,使之成为民国初年的著名记者,远生通信反过来又进一步扩大了《时报》的影响力。In the early years of the Republic of China,Shibao which in Shanghai carried out a series of revolutions.The most important was to increase the amount of news,employ journalists to cover Beijing news and send it to Shanghai by post.Through those revolutions,Shibao became a well known newspaper.Huang Yuansheng,an official,who had many friends in the government,with the super ability to observe and measure the current political situation,wrote a lot of Beijing news.All in all,Shibao supplied a platform for Huang Yuansheng and Huang＇ s writings expanded its popularity in return.
