模拟遥信、遥测、遥控功能在电力系统测控装置中的实现

摘　　要：在电力系统二次设备中,测控装置被用于测量交流电压和电流、直流电压、温度,采集信号,对断路器和刀闸进行分合控制。它的作用非常重要,在电力系统中应用数量很大。为了方便电力用户调试与检查装置问题,需要测控装置具有模拟遥信、遥测、遥控功能。本文编写了VXWORKS程序,通过ARM与DSP之间的ASDU通信实现了测控装置的模拟遥信、遥测、遥控功能,并且介绍了实现过程特点和功能在实际工程中的应用。In power system secondary equipments, measurement and control device is used to measure alternating current, alternating voltage, direct voltage and temperature, collect signal, and control breaker and isolating switch. Its functions are very important, and it is used widely. For power automation experiment and checking up device question conveniently, it needs to have simulation function of remote signaling, measuring and control. In this paper, by means of writing VXWORKS program and ASDU commu- nication between ARM and DSP, this simulation function is realized, and the distinguishing features and application are also introduced.
