摘  要:旨在观察烧伤后补充Arg对大鼠血清免疫球蛋白、TNF、吞噬细胞功能的影响。用Wistar大鼠,180±10g,Ⅲ°烧伤后1,3,7,10天取血测定免疫球蛋白A、G、M,及TNF水平,并于烧伤后第3天取腹腔吞噬细胞观察其功能,计算其吞噬指数、吞噬率。结果烧伤大鼠血清IgA、IgG、IgM水平降低,TNF水平明显升高,吞噬细胞功能下降;饲喂补充Arg的饲料后,血清免疫球蛋白水平、吞噬细胞功能均有所改善,TNF水平降低。说明烧伤后补充Arg可以改善机体免疫状态。To study the effects of arginine on the phagocytosis, the level of serum TNF and immunoglobin A,G, and M, from the burn rat, the contents of IgA, IgG, IgM and TNF fromwistar rats on the day 1,3,7,10 of postburn were determined, while the phagocytic index and phagocytic rate were determinde on the day 3 of postburm. It was found that the level of serum immunoglobins and phagocytosis decreased, while TNF level increased. The phagotytosis and the level of serum immunoglobins from the rats received the diets supplied with arginine was reised while the content of TNF decreased, Supplementation of arginine could improve immune status of the burned rats.
