摘 要:采用两步阳极氧化法在铝基体上制备多孔阳极氧化铝(AAO)模板,然后在其上有序纳米孔中电化学沉积过渡金属Co作为催化剂,通过催化化学气相沉积法(CCVD法)制备出有序、均匀的定向碳纳米棒阵列膜;采用激光Raman光谱仪及场发射扫描电镜(SEM)等方法分析定向碳纳米棒阵列膜的微观结构,并探讨空气中AAO模板上定向碳纳米棒阵列膜的摩擦系数随滑动圈数变化的曲线及其磨损表面。实验结果表明:AAO模板上定向碳纳米棒阵列膜具有较小的摩擦系数和较强的耐磨能力,并且在整个摩擦磨损试验过程中存在着摩擦系数平稳、摩擦系数开始增大、摩擦系数激烈波动以及完全磨损4个临界状态,当处于摩擦系数平稳状态时,其磨损表面光滑。Through two -step anodization the porous anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) template could be obtained on aluminum substrate, and the array film of aligned carbon nanorods was synthesized by catalytic chemical vapor deposition (CCVD) with the Co catalyst which was electrodeposited in the ordered nanometer sized pores of AAO template. The microstructures of array film of aligned carbon nanorods were examined by laser Raman spectroscopy and field emission SEM. The evolution of friction coefficient for the array film of aligned carbon nanorods on aluminum substrate along with sliding cycle and the SEM micrographs of worn surfaces for the array film was investigated. The result showed the array film of aligned carbon nanorods on the AAO template presented low friction coefficient and good wear resistance, and four critical moments within the whole testing courses were observed, which were the moments of steady state, start of increasing friction coefficient, sharp fluctuation of friction coefficient and being worn out of the aligned film completely, respectively. It is evident that the worn surface in the moment of steady state is very smooth.
