摘　　要：本研究对基因工程人白介素－6成熟肽在大肠杆菌中的表达、纯化及检定做了一系列的研究，建立了一套罐培养诱导表达，乙酸裂解包涵体，复性及纯化的中试工艺，并制备3批半成品，经检定各项指标已接近国家基因工程产品质控标准。On the basis of study on the expression of rhIL-6 mature peptide gene in E.colt as well as purification and characterization of expressed pro-duct, a pilot--scale productionprocess consisting of culture and expression of E. coli in fermenter, cleavage of inclusionbodies with acetic acid and renaturation and purification of expressed product was establishedand used for the production of 3 lots of send-finished rhIL-6. Detection result showed thatthe quality of the semi-finished product basically conformed to The National Standard for theQuality Control of Genetic Engineering Products.
