麻疹、流行性腮腺炎二联活疫苗中量试制

摘　　要：用麻疹沪191株和流腮S79株中量试制麻疹、流腮二联活疫苗，对疫苗原液的配制比例、二联疫苗与单价疫苗的病毒滴度和稳定性进行比较。结果提高流腮疫苗原液的比例可获得较好效果；9批麻腮二联疫苗全部达到现行单价疫苗规程要求；二联疫苗在4～8℃保存18个月的稳定性与单价疫苗基本一致。A live measles-mumps combined vaccine was prepared with strain Hu191(measles) and S79 (mumps). The proportion of stock solution of measles and mumps vaccineswere studied, and the titer and stability of the combined vaccine were compared with those ofmonovalent measles and mumps vaccines. The result showed that the combined vaccine wasmore effective after the proportion of mumps vaccine stock solution was improved. All thequalities of 9 lots of measles-mumps combined vaccine reached the current requirements formonovalent vaccine. After being stored at 4~8℃ for 18 months, the stability of the vaccinewas basically consistent with that of monovalent vaccine under the same conditions.
