摘　　要：煤炭企业多元化经营是煤炭企业发展到一定阶段的产物,是企业内外环境综合作用的结果。在循环经济模式下,走多元化经营发展道路是我国煤炭企业的必然选择。煤炭企业在实施多元化发展战略时,应围绕煤炭这条产业链做文章,大力发展煤炭的深加工、煤炭的能源转换及高载能产业,并依据自身的资源优势,在相关多元化基础上,做到统筹规划、把握时机、扬长避短、明确定位、不断创新、综合利用,培育核心竞争力,追求相关业务的规模增长。The diversification of coal enterprises is a product of a certain development stage, and a result of comprehensive effects from internal and external environments of the enterprises. Diversified development is an inevitable choice of China＇s coal enterprises in circular economy. When taking diversified development strategy, the coal enterprises should focus on coal industry chain, and develop their deep processing, energy transformation, and high energy-loaded industry. Furthermore, depending on their own resource advantage and related diversification, the coal enterprises should take the strategies of overall planning, opportunities, advantages, definite positioning, constant innovation, and comprehensive utilization, cultivate their core competitiveness, and pursue growth of related business in scale.
