摘  要:用硫代胆碱法定位乙酰胆碱酯酶展示寄生鱼类的巴氏叶形吸虫神经系统结构。该虫神经系统由咽后的1对脑神经节向前后各发出3对纵神经干与其间的横神经及更细神经分支构成神经网络。纵行神经干由内至外分别是背神经干、腹神经干和侧神经干。前行神经干的末梢在口吸盘内形成神经环。Following the localization of acetylcholinesterase by the thiocholine method,the nervos system in toto has been traced in Phyllodistomum pawlovskii .Acetylcholinesterase is evidenced in the nervous system. A pair of cerebral ganglia,connected to each other by a transverse commissure,consititute the brain mass which lies immediately posterior to the pharynx and dorsal to the oesophgus.Three pairs of longitudinal nerve trunks,dorsal,ventral and lateral,arise from the ganglia,run to the anterior and posterior parts of the body.A pair of pharyngel nerve,branched from the antero ventral nerve trunks,innervate the pharynx.Three nerve trunks extend posteriorly near the body end.The postero ventral pair is the best developed and its branches lead into the acetabulum forming a nerve ring,while the three nerve trunks extend anteriorly in the oral sucker to form a nerve ring.All longitudial nerve trunks are connected to each other by some transverse commissurses which are further joined with one another by some thinner connectives forming a nerve network.
