论中国传统人际关系对腐败的影响

摘　　要：在研究中国的腐败问题时,人们往往认定法律制度的缺失、监督机制的不利是导致腐败经久不衰的根本原因。然而,当我们审视具有五千年文明史的中国社会时,不难发现,在中国这样一个讲究人情世故的国度里,传统人际关系应该说是中国社会腐败问题的重要的文化根源。笔者试图论述中国人的人际交往关系运作是与中国传统情理社会相契合的结果,分析人际交往关系的实质,再从人际关系的角度来看待当今的腐败现象。When studying the issue of corruption in China,people tend to ascribe the lasting corruption to the imperfection of law system and deficiency of supervision mechanism in the main.However,when we examine closely the Chinese society with a civilization history of 5 000 years,it is not difficult to find that in such countries as in China interpersonal relationship is emphasized and the traditional interpersonal relationship can be said to be the main cultural root of the corruption in Chinese society.The paper attempts to argue that the operation of interpersonal relationship between Chinese people is the result of combination with the traditional Chinese society of accepted code in interpersonal relationship,analyse the essence of interpersonal relationship and then view the corruption at present from the perspective of interpersonal relationship.
