中小城市在增长极战略中的作用及其发展

摘　　要：对增长极理论的研究和实践表明,采用增长极战略推动区域经济发展必须具备一定的区域条件,即要有完善的城市经济体系作为依托。中小城市作为联系中心城市和广大外围地区的中间区域,通过参与经济循环和区域分工,在实现区域经济增长中发挥着重要的作用。其发展的情况也是衡量增长极战略实施效果的重要方面。因此充分认识中小城市在增长极战略中的作用,并制定有利于其充分利用增长极对区域经济推动力的政策是十分必要的。The theory and practice of Growth Poles indicates that there are certain conditions of region to meet,so that we can implement strategy of Growth Poles to promote the region economy,in other words,the strategy should be based on a fine system of cities.Small and medium-sized cities act as the intermediate parties of the growth poles and the peripheral areas,and play an important role through participating in economic cycles and division.The level of their development is an important aspect to measure the effect of the strategy.Therefore,it＇s necessary to consider the role of the small and medium-sized cities,and map out developing policies to favor them.
