摘　　要：图书馆建筑有一个建造过程,最终建成一个实体,这个成果对设计者、建造者和使用者来说都是重要的,但建馆理念和长远规划更为重要,因为后者是前者的灵魂。When a Library building is constructed, its body is important to the designers,constructors and users. However, the Concepts and long-term planning are more important than its body, because it is the soul of the body.
